Original artwork description:

A watercolour plein-air painting sketch from the Harbour in Zlarin, Croatia. The wonderful pink Italianate house with the Cypress trees standing straight was just too good a view not to paint. The clear light and wonderful colours created this lovely fresh painting. I loved the green of the trees, the bue of the sea and the pink, light and dark, of the house juxtapoistioned with the boats lazily floating in the front. A very iydilic scene. I paint regularly while on holiday and run a Facebook Sketchers group called London Sketchers. Painted in watercolour paint on smooth watercolour paper 300gsm.
