Title: The Overture

From the clifftops on the Isle of Skye in the far north of Scotland the world seems set like a stage filled with brilliant shimmering lights. On a day of sharp sunlight splitting the vast clouds I find I am drawn to the edge as if I could just lift my wings and take flight.


The triptych consists of three panels each 40 inches wide by 60 inches high with a 2 inch border for stretching on the frame. When hung with a two inch gap these require a space of 128 inches.

About My Work
I am passionate about using luxury papers/canvases that hold their colours for a lifetime! For these special large prints of my work I use beautiful museum quality Canvas and the highest quality inks. I do all my own printing, having spent years learning this skill I prefer to maintain control of the colour representation at all stages to ensure you get a truly handmade image.

About My Materials
People often say that my images look like paintings because of the richness of the colours, the depth of the black and the texture of the materials I use.

A Note on Canvases
Canvases are unframed and unmounted, they need to be stretched or framed once you get them. They are matte varnished and come with 2 inch (5cm) gallery wrap or with white or dark coloured sides, just let me know which you prefer. Once ready, they are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue then shipped in a sturdy art tube to ensure safe delivery. All taxes and duties to be paid by the receiver.
