'The Oodnadatta Track' is a detailed mixed media painting with colour crossing over one another to create effect. A painting to express how nature is free to do whatever it wants, without expectations. This work shows how these colours intertwine creating a dance of their own. It is not intended to be too literal and so allows you to see whatever you can find.
Canvas Measurements: 163 x 81 x 3.5cm / 64" x 32" x 1.18"

The background is a matte photographic print on canvas, a layer of polymer glaze, then painted with acrylic paint, 3 coats of UV protective satin varnish, it will not fade in direct sunlight.

4. Ultra Violent Protective Varnish
