This painting entitled "The Old Hay Cart" depicts a cart filled with hay bales in a vibrant summer landscape. The bales are painted with metallic gold and liquid chrome so they sparkle and glisten as the light catches them.

The impressionistic flowers of the summer meadow are painted by the splattering of a mis-fired spray can. From the Urban Meets Rural series, where Johnman uses the tools of graffiti to create rural landscapes. Giving a modern, contemporary twist to traditional subject matter.

Measuring 28cm x 22cm it is ready to hang, framed in a beautiful, white wooden frame and is presented in a cellophane gift pack with details of the artist.
