A free-standing sculpture in papier mache clay and tissue paper of a seated old chap in a tweed cap. He has a story to tell I think....he looks a little down on his luck and has obviously seen better days!
As always with my work, there is no wire in the armature...just paper. .....and I haven't used any paint to colour him. That's been achieved using coloured tissue paper and powdered glazes which gives the finish a ceramic look.
He is signed and dated on the base.
Please always contact me to discuss overseas shipping costs....the shipping cost is calculated to cover the heavier pieces and refunds are sometimes available on smaller or lighter pieces.
