Original artwork description:

The idea for this painting came from the old country school houses that rural kids in the U.S. once went to. One can still find some of them yet, often located at country road intersections, having been converted into homes years ago now. I painted this old school house into a quiet poppy scene from my imagination. The gallery wrapped sides of the canvas have the painting scene on them also and it is wired to hang, so that no framing is necessary!
