As an architect, I am drawn to the geometry of buildings. Here is an abstract painting utilizing the geometric shapes taken from the New York Stock Exchange.
Liberated from detail, this painting exposes the simplified abstractions of shape, color and the containment of light of this famous building.

THE NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE is a one-of-a-kind original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint. The sculpture from the pediment and the text are actual photographs that are laminated to the painting.
I only sell original work so there will only be one original and no authorized copies will ever be made. The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

This painting will be ready to hang, out of the box. It will be mounted on ½ inch thick foamboard with a two inch border all around. It will have a hanging strip on the back and I include a “monkey hook” for easy attachment to your wall. It can be on your wall within five minutes.
