Original artwork description:

The Negotiation
100x150cm

This painting, this painting started off, was just random hallucinations, and I realised quite quickly that it had a hell-like quality, so I changed the tones to fire. Then I saw the figure on the left with his hands up as if saying, “Can’t I?” And I thought the negotiation was a title, and then it seems like all the figures are different angles of the same figure, different moments of the negotiation. This really is a metaphor for life and all the times we have to negotiate our way through the next stage of it.

Comes as a rolled canvas because it’s too big to send stretched. Easily stretched by a framer for little to no extra cost when framing.

I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement.

I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.

This piece will be carefully packaged using protective materials and dispatched via a tracked courier. If you have any questions or special requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Materials used:

Acrylic ink paint and oil
