The way I approach painting is influenced by the art of improvisation. Making something spontaneously, trusting one's instincts and judgement are all part of the process, similarly found in theater and music. Little is pre-planned, and that makes the whole creative process that much more rewarding to me. Common themes that I have an affinity for though and may seem apparent in the final works are concepts of time/space, and the essence of nature so please join me on this creative journey
