The Maid, The Mother and The Crone are depicting the triple Goddess, the three stages of woman.
The Maid - young and pretty full of hope with her life in front of her.
The Mother - Fertile, pregnant and in full bloom of her womanhood.
The Crone - possibly the best time of a woman's life, her children grown. She has gathered knowledge and experience and now has the mantle of wisdom to use both.
The sides are painted so no real requirement to frame.
It also comes with a certificate of authenticity.
