Original artwork description:

Back in the 1920's Lord Leverhulme (the Lancastrian who invented Sunlight Soap) designed and created a new garden on the side of the West Pennine Moors. Now the gardens have fallen into disrepair and are completely overgrown. There's a plan to renovate the gardens but hopefully they will maintain their atmosphere of beautiful decay.
