Original artwork description:

A gouache painting of a seagull standing on a rocky outcrop keeping lookout under a clear blue sky. It is executed on 300gsm, hot pressed, watercolour paper and is drawn in a realistic, Retro, style. It is titled ' The Look Out' is signed on the back and is unmounted and unframed.

This painting was inspired by the gulls I see when I walk on the beach as they nestle in the cliff face. I normally see them the whole time from my studio window as they fly and glide and swoop over the iconic White Cliffs of Dover offering an inspiring sight, so its nice to observe them statioary at times :)
