Do you think they even exist?
Limiting yourself is simple, a matter of motivation. But limiting one's own pleasure, one's own joy, is not very easy.
I'm far from moralizing. I don't care about your morals and ethics. I don't care about your health or your life.
Then why you drew all this is a more than logical question.
Just to make you think about it.
Just recognize that these limits exist. And whether you need them or not, you think for yourself. You can invent them, you may not feel them at all. You may not think about it at all. But the fact is that they exist. And they are different for everyone.
