Original artwork description:

A multi layered oil painting with deep rose and yellow green. Inspired by mood rather than imagery. The painting has been built over many layers of oil paint with various degrees of opacity and transparency. Paint has been applied with a palette knife, scraped off and re-applied again.

This painting is a companion piece to ‘The Language of Flowers II’ - together they can form a diptych.

The deep canvas edges are painted in a complimentary colour. Hooks and artist chord are attached so the canvas is ready for hanging. A signed certificate of authenticity is attached at the back.
