I feel that this is very much about the woman kissing the man…

this carving is in beautiful honey coloured *Ancaster stone and shows in the round two lovers faces, lips touching.

Her flowing hair meets his in the reverse and forms a heart shaped leaf on the top of the stone.

10 inches tall / 24cm

Photos show the carving standing on my table as well as in the garden; the latter shows the honey coloured stone at its best.
*Ancaster is a town in southern Lincolnshire near Grantham.
