This pastel painting is a pure flight of fancy. It was inspired by the fabulous music of my friend, Rick Miller, whose music I listen to regularly when painting. The song is called 'The Journey' and this was the magical image it conjured for me - I felt compelled to paint it. Such an enchanting piece, which sent me on a delightful artistic journey. This painting currently features as the cover work for the song.

This painting is sold unmounted and unframed. It has a narrow border around the image to allow for mounting and framing.

Due to the delicate nature of pastels it will require a mount and framing behind glass to protect its surface. I recommend a visit to your local framer who will be familiar with framing pastel paintings.
