Tan Tolga Demirci (born 31 December 1974, İstanbul) is a director, writer and artist. He has written an extended essay named 'The Psychoanalysis of Horror Genre'. This essay has become a book in 2006. He has been teaching 'Experimental & Surrealist Cinema' in Kadir Has University since 2008 and considering himself as surrealist.

His first solo exhibition (Surrealism & Collages) was held in Istanbul in 2019. His three works were exhibited in International Collage Art Exhibition 2020 in Retroavangarda Gallery in Warsaw. At the moment, his eight works are being exhibited in Artopol Gallery, Istanbul.
