I have always enjoyed fantasy and mythology. Dragons are dipicted throughout history in many different areas and cultures. They are a symbol of strength, power and wealth in both possessions and knowledge. As a totem, the Dragon serves as a powerful guardian and guide.

I build acrylic paints up in layers using brushes (and occasionally my fingers) to create a luminous painting that glows from within.

I use 1.5 deep gallery wrapped canvases and paint the edges black, giving the painting a contemporary look that does not require framing. However it can be framed if you wish. Painting is ready to hang.

Paintings are signed on the front.
