"My Girl" was a challenge to myself as I wanted to train my line on humain portraits I didn’t use to work with. The Girl has imposed herself quickly because of the contrasts of colors, her expression so powerful and singular.
The painting can be seen at the Vermeer Centrum Delft in The Netherlands in Delft, the city of the 17th-century master of the light: Johannes Vermeer (1632 – 1675).
