Original artwork description:

One of an ongoing series of paintings about the relationship between different, specific landscapes, and the animals that may have existed within and upon them over the years, or even centuries.
I don't believe in 'ghosts', but I do believe that 'existence' is more than the simple, temporary state that we experience as 'life'.
This painting and others in the series, is an attempt to enjoy and celebrate the relationship all living things have with their 'place' of living.
(The work is made up of two joined panels).

Materials used:

Acrylic, ink, graphite, and pastel.
