Original artwork description:

A painting based on the dress re-rehearsal of 'La Boheme' at the Royal Albert Hall. I wanted to capture the movement of the singers, and the last few seconds of the opera itself. It's painted with traditional techniques, the chiaroscuro inspired by artists such as Caravaggio.

This painting was exhibited at Glyndebourne Opera house after being awarded third prize in their yearly competition. It has also been exhibited in prominent shows in London and the North West.
