I am no expert on ballet but I think that this is called "the 5th position". This ballerina is praticing without benefit of her tutu.

The Fifth Position is a one of a kind original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint on 5 mil archival grade mylar. I have stayed with my usual pallet of warm “earthy” colors.
I only sell original work so there will only be one original.
The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. In this painting, the background has been digitally reproduced and laminated to the archival grade mylar and then the portrait and other items were painted over the background.

This painting will be ready to hang, out of the box. It will be mounted on tempered masonite with a one inch border all around and a dark grey 1.5” wide wooden "shadow box" frame. It will have a hanging strip on the back and I include a “monkey hook” for easy attachment to your wall. It can be on your wall within five minutes.
