Hares are such beautiful creatures and their stunning yellowy orange eyes are mesmerizing so in this painting I've tried to keep it loose and free just like a hare and capture that ever attentive alertness hares own.

I've painted this semi abstract predominantly acrylic piece on a stretched 18 x 24 inch canvas using an abstract mixed media technique. It has been sealed with matt varnish, the edges are painted black and it is ready to hang.

This beautiful statement artwork has many layers, textures and marks and would add a wonderful connection to wildlife while keeping a contemporary feel to any home.
