I painted this oak tree as autumn was fading into winter. The tree had a majesty crowned with it's remaining golden leaves sending out the feeling of the changing seasons.
The old oak is on the edge of some woodland not far from my house.
The colours in the background have been built up with glazes.
Painted with artists quality oil paints on canvas.
Ready to hang with Drings and cord on the back.
