Original artwork description:
An oil painting inspired by a favourite place of mine in Fife. I often walk here, to the top of this field and enjoy the view looking south down the field to the blue water of the Forth estuary. There is often a crop of barley in the field, and I love the changing colours as the crop ripens. A feeling of abundance and well being fills me when I go there, a feeling I wished to communicate in this painting.
The painting is framed, ready to be hung on the wall.
