The Donhead valley
A secluded landscape,
Enchanted and beautiful,
The nestled woodland,
Beneath Barkers hill.
A rustic orchard.
Words and expression.
An inspiring walk in May this year.
I used a wet on wet background, Then left it to dry and it sat on my art table in the studio for a month or so until I went back to it and worked over the washes by wetting over areas using my filbert brush plus Japanese mop squirrel hair brush.
