In the distance a chain of mountains unfolds to get lost on the horizon. The leaning tree, balanced by the orientation of its branches, takes on the typical posture of a jazz ballet dancer captured in performance.

By involving water in a favorable way on the paper, the artist provokes the spontaneous reactions of the ink to integrate natural motifs into the various elements of the landscape. Realization inspired by sumie, a Japanese art characterized by the relative stripping of the composition and the spontaneity of the creation..

Original artwork, ink on watercolor paper 9 x 12 in. laid down on wood panel, 11 x 14 x 1,5 in.. Signed on the front and on the back.

The drawing will be carefully packed and secured in a strong cardboard box and layers of protection - certified acid-free paper and PE foams.
