Original artwork description:

Many years ago whilst doing A-level art at school, I painted a study of Georgia O'Keeffe's 'A Celebration', which is one of my favourite paintings. I have my little study framed and hung on my bedroom wall and looking at if every day made me decide to do a cloud painting of my own. 'The Dance Before the Storm' is inspired by the way storm clouds billow and churn upwards before releasing their power. I made pencil sketches of various cloud formations then combined elements of them into this composition.
The painting is on a deep box canvas and the sides are painted so it can be hung without a frame. It is varnished to protect the paint from dust etc. It is supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity and will be sent on a tracked and signed for delivery service.
