This painting is very close to my heart as it capures the group studio atmosphere where I was starting out some 7 years ago. When I look at it I can almost smell the turpentine :) h
The humble locker where we kept our paints and solvents (all of us) is the paintings centerpiece. I picked it because of its curious paint job. All the other lockers we had were dark brown, drab and unremarkable. This one stood out. It was beat up, its lock didn`t work, but it shone and stood out. It had personality.
The painting also features depictions of two of my other paintings, which are also available in my Artfinder shop. They are discreetly tucked in the background.


All works are carefully packed with styrofoam and several layers of bubblewrap, making damage in transit highly unlikely.
