Artwork description:
The Willow tree in my garden changes with the spring light and the new growth bathes it with green tassels.
This artwork had many processes to make it come to fruition.
First as a linocut to make the tree, then two layers of screenprint and a final photopolymer etching plate for the yellowy green willow fronds.
The artwork measure 40 x 30cm image size on 45 x 35cm paper.
Materials used:
Japanese vinyl printed on Somerset printmaking paper
