The iconic setting of The Cobb in Lyme Regis, remembering The French Lieutenant's Woman, is the basis of the inspiration for this work. This would have been the seagull's view.

I worked on this particular composition in my the studioto portray a different perspective of The Cobb. The design includes the fascinating patterns and shapes of The Cobb as it stretches out into the sea with the undulating cliffs of the Dorset Coast towards Golden Capp disappearing into the distance.

The Cobb Bird's Eye View is a framed original oil painting created and painted by myself. The back of the artwork is signed and you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity.
