Artwork description:

I created "The City of Colors" as a visual immersion into the complexity and energy of the abstract urban landscape. This digital work is a layering of forms and colors, an interpretation of how geometric language can construct vibrant and dynamic spaces.

Originally created as a digital artwork, this piece is available as a high-quality Giclée print on canvas, signed, and in a limited edition.

Against a dark background that accentuates the contrast, a dense weave of vertical and horizontal rectangles and lines intersects and overlaps. I've used a bold and diverse palette – from electric magenta to bright yellow, from intense blue to scarlet red, with touches of cyan, green, orange, and white. Every color block and every line contributes to creating depth and movement, suggesting the complex architecture of a metropolis in constant becoming.

The artwork evokes the feeling of looking out over a city at night illuminated by neon signs and colored windows, or exploring the internal structure of a complex system. It is not a figurative representation, but an emotional and spatial synthesis of the urban experience, filtered through my abstract geometric and spatialist sensibility. The play of overlaps creates fullness and emptiness, perceived transparencies and illusory solidity, inviting the eye to explore and discover new visual paths.

I wanted to capture the pulsating energy, vitality, and layering that characterize an ideal "city of colors," a place where form and color coexist in a dynamic and fascinating balance.

Technical Details:
This is a high-quality giclée print on canvas measuring 55x105 cm. Created with light-resistant inks to preserve the brilliance of the colors over time. The canvas will be shipped rolled in a protective tube, ready for professional mounting on a 50x100 cm frame with a standard thickness of 2 cm. During mounting, approximately 5 cm per side will be wrapped around the printed edges, allowing for a refined display even without a traditional frame (final visible size approximately 50x100cm). This artwork is available as a limited edition of 99 numbered and signed prints by the artist.
