On one of jaunts around my native Warwickshire I managed to get completely and wonderfully lost until I stumbled upon the Oxford Canal which gave me my bearings back. Was drawn to the reflections in the canal and the brightly-coloured heather. I have always had an infinity with narrow boats and the canals since I worked maintaining their large Lister Diesel Engines when I left school...
