Original artwork description:

Bigger, more gestural and less structured than some of my recent work, this piece took a while to develop and create, but it was a fruitful process of exploration.

The deep blues of the background blend seamlessly into one another, lifted by a contrastingly light, cloud-like form in the upper half of the composition. Long, curving, turquoise brushstrokes disrupt the background, echoing the colours of recent aurora borealis seen across the Northern Hemisphere.

This piece is signed and dated on the back and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. It will be carefully wrapped in tissue and foam board and shipped in a cardboard box within five working days.
