Artwork description:
This is a linocut print of a striking and lovely big tree found alongside the 'Rosewalk' path in Saltburn in the NE of England.
It's an original linocut print, using three blocks of lino to produce the final image. It is a limited edition print with a run of 50 prints using Zerkall extra smooth printing paper and Lawrence oil-based printing inks. The image size is 42cm x 60cm and the paper size is approx 53cm x 76cm which gives a generous margin to allow for framing.
My linocuts are handmade from start to finish - hand carved, inked and handprinted, and as such they will have small variations between prints - making each print into a unique artwork. As these prints are quite large, they will be sent packaged in a reinforced tube.
