This original steel and cherry wood sculpture is one of the latest artworks of the talented professional Bulgarian sculptor Stevlin Yovchev, deeply inspired by abstract portraiture and postmodernism. It is one elegant art deco figurine and unique mixed media abstract space portrait. The artist's concept is to create an expression of the state, where after a temporary absence the return is marked by a sense of control and security. The symbiosis of wood and metal brings the atmosphere of calmness in the whole kinetic sculpture, in which the wood part is freestanding and can be rotated eccentrically around the inclined axis. Handmade by bending, welding, grinding, and protected with varnish and oil, the sculpture is one extraordinary metal & wood masterpiece and exquisite valuable modern home décor. The kinetic wood piece is centered perfectly and always finishes its rotation in a different angle.
