This work is the fifth of a short series of landscape artworks focussing in particular on trees - their resilience, life, and dogged persistence moves me!

I used a variety of art disciplines in creating this artwork - I’m happy to employ many art forms, including painting (in inks and acrylics), drawing (in pencil and pastel), photography, printing and digital art apps (iPad, pc and Mac). This is my approach to all my artworks nowadays - I keep working at my images, creating and undoing, until I’m satisfied. A lifetime of creating sculptures, glass, and painted and drawn works on paper and fabric has served to give me an exciting set of skills that I love to combine and which results in works that I’m really proud to offer to you.

This original, unique artwork is signed both on the back and front, and supplied with a formal Certificate of Authenticity.
