'The Angel's Share' is an original pencil, pen and ink drawing on lightly hand stained paper.
It measures 140mm x 295mm in size and is loosely based on a wee look at the magical process of whisky making. Did you know that as whisky matures in its cask, 2% of it evaporates into thin air...this is called...'The Angel's Share'. When I heard this fact years ago it stuck with me and I dedicated a drawing to it...I may do more drawings on this theme as whisky is as lovely as this fact.
