Original artwork description:

Study for the composition "Spectre" in which four groups of four fervent angels prostrate themselves in four progressive movements in prayer to place Christ on earth. With the idea of a cloud which condenses and ends up forming only a drop.

In this work, I have merged pastel and charcoal to capture the vibrant and tumultuous essence of human emotions. My expressionism mixes with the figurative to explore symbolic themes of struggle, grace and transcendence. Each stroke is an echo of passion, inviting the viewer to reflect on the inner forces that drive us all.

Materials used:

charcoal, pastel, on cardboard
