This 24 x 18 Original One of a kind artwork called, "Thanks for the Memories... Dad!" This one was inspired by getting to go fishing with my sister this past weekend. Of course she trounced me again, but I'm use to that! Hah! Hearing that fly pop on top of the water or the clicking of a spinning reel brought back some great memories. My Dad took us fishing everyplace we were stationed. Fishing for pike and muskie at Badger slough in Fairbanks Alaska. Cat fishing just outside Fort Riley near Junction City Kansas. Fishing off the pier underneath the Golden Gate Bridge at the Presidio of San Francisco.... which I think George Lucas bought to get his Star Wars thang on. Fishing with Dad were some of the best memories of my life. Sure do miss him and mom.
