Artwork description:

"Tentacle" is printmaking print made in technique of dry point. The edition of this work is limited on only 4 original prints, which 2 are available.
Colors used: dark green etching ink.
Paper color: light beige
The idea behind the work: The presence of an octopus is element of high intelligence. They are also very dedicated to their families, which is associated to female role. I asked myself: "If women were living in this combined (fantasy) world of water, what elements would they carry?" Answers to that you can find in this and most of my work, where I represent female figures and their importance.
Please note that dry point print is original piece of art and it has different meaning than prints made and printed digitally.
Printmaking is traditional fine art technique that is producing multiple originals and all prints made in one edition are numbered and signed by the artist.
