The painting is an oil painting on thick paper (300g/m2). The subject is a Moroccan metal teapot with its characteristic shining surface. The image, only apparently photographic, is actually very pictorial because it is composed of a series of small brushstrokes that enhance the lighting effects. Simone Giaiacopi won the Donkey Art Prize and the Mestre Prize; he has been selected as a finalist in various competitions; he has exhibited in Italy and abroad; his paintings are part of public and private collections.
