I started the Black Eye series in the early 2010s, initially under the name Black Circle, with a minimalist approach centered on the black circle motif.
This simple but meaningful symbol fascinated me from the start. Over the years, this work evolved to become Black Eye, An essential question arose:
how to introduce color while maintaining the conceptual strength of the black circle and the minimalist aspect? This is how the Circle series was born.
