After Adriaen Brouwer.
I love the work of Adriaen Brouwer, specially this one - "The bitter potion". His genre scenes have a sense of humor. And the loose brushwork technique is so expressive and modern although he lived about 400 years ago.

The ink drawing on the arm (see the additional photos) are done by my son Filip Antonio Ilinca. Actually, they are ones of his many unfinished drawings and I try to integrate them in my drawings when I feel the fusion is appropriate. He is a genius, a master of ink drawing, especially miniatures, completely self-taught. He is only 14 years old, but he's already got a large portfolio of great drawings- you can follow his work here:
