Original artwork description:

Original one of a kind hand painted mixed media painting on gallery wrapped canvas. Thick layers of textured paints were slowly covered by colorful oil pastels and then small shapes were added. The partially sketched remains of an old map litter the bottom portion of this unique artwork. Finished with a final layer of protective varnish and all sides are painted satin black so a frame is not necessary. Ready to hang and signed on the back. Ships in a custom built wooden crate.
