Abstract impressionist landscape painting.

One of several small landscape sketches on board, I have been completely bowled over by the summer this year, obviously in this year I have spent all my time at home in rural Kent, walking every day and allowing the enviroment, colours and summer atmosphere soak into my consciousness.

I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

This 40x30cm painting is ready to hang, It is unframed.
