Tall Trees of Curracloe  is a painting of the trees that stand between the woods and the wonderful Curracloe  - the famous Wexford Beach on the south east coast of Ireland that was the location for the filming of the D Day landings in the Tom Hanks film Saving Private Ryan..
It is a beautiful sandy beach that is 7 km long and is a tranquil spot to walk and think, it is edged by grassy dunes with the forest behind it, I think of these break away trees like Ents (from the lord of the rings) who want to take a sunny stroll.....
