Painted on-site in my neighborhood in Minneapolis, MN. Features a tall maple tree in autumn color, with leaves of brilliant golden yellow and deep red. The background to the left shows foliage of another maple in softer shades of peach and salmon, while the background to the right shows evergreen trees and white clouds. Fallen leaves are strewn on the grass. Painted in oil over casein paint on board.
The background is created with casein paint, and features a soft matte texture and watery, dripping effects.
The thickly textured foliage is created with oil applied with palette knife.
Framed in a 3" wide wood frame with an antique gold finish and beaded inner edge. May also be purchased unframed by request.
