Original artwork description:

I present an art from the series "Soap Bubbles. Vanitas." The genre of Vanitas comes from the Latin “vanus” - empty, ephemeral, transitory, vanity of vanities. The genre that was popular in the 17th century was not just a pretty genre picture. This is a philosophical depiction of the symbols of fleeting earthly life. Soap bubbles personify the emptiness and illusion of earthly happiness, the brevity of life and the frailty of existence. Elements of flat geometry and figurative image are divided into fragments and intertwined with each other. This duality contains the main philosophical message, which correlates with the image of soap bubbles and invites reflection on the topic of life and death, the variability of earthly existence.
The painting is signed on the back and includes a certificate of authenticity. The painting is made on canvas on a stretcher using high-quality acrylic paints and materials. I use my own technique of delicately applying acrylic spray. Finished with matte varnish. Delivered on a roll, without stretcher. Carefully packaged: The painting is shipped in a plastic tube carefully wrapped in paper.

Materials used:

Acrylic
