The idea for this piece came to me after a walk in a small Spanish port. I saw a cat staring suspiciously at a dog, and imagined what might happen if a turtle minding its own business, and a fish just... flew overhead. Why not? In the City of Dreams, anything can happen.

Part of my City of Dreams and Happy Tails series, this piece invites you into a joyful, imaginative world.
